Center for Catalysis wins second place overall in science fair

Congratulations to the Center for Catalysis on their win in the 2007 Engineering and Science Fair! The Center won second place in the Overall Outstanding Exhibit category in the 62nd Annual Engineering and Science Fair, part of Engineers Week 2007. The Center’s “Kids Chemistry Station” included hands-on experiments such as making slime and synthetic spider webs and learning about non-Newtonian fluids.
